White wine yeast that encourages aromas of orange Blossom, Pineapple and apricot. In relatively neutral white varieties BA11 brings out tropical fruit, cream, vanilla and Spice. Produces big mouth feel. Alcohol to 16 percent. Use 1G per gallon.
